Some builders and projects in Las Terrenas are offering future buyers to join the "Rental or Hotel Pool” programs. Basically, an in-house team of professionals will take care of renting your apartment while you are not here to enjoy it.

The objective is to maximize the return on your investment by combining the rental income from all the units in the pool. For example, in a condominium of 9 units, all of them are in the rental pool, but only 7 are rented during a given period of time, the revenues will be divided between the owners of the 9 units.

The management team taking care of renting your unit will usually ask for a 20% commission on the rentals, plus a small administrative fee.
